Terms of Service
Operational beta terms · Updated: 7 November 2026
1. Agreement and service
These Terms govern access to loreads.com, LoreAds advertiser and publisher dashboards, APIs, SDKs, beta programmes and related services (the Services). By creating an account, submitting a beta application, accessing an API or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. The legal entity that will contract with customers must be identified in the applicable commercial agreement before paid commercial services begin.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and meet any minimum age required by applicable law. You must provide accurate, current information, keep it updated, protect your credentials and API keys, and promptly notify LoreAds of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that employees, contractors and agents comply with these Terms. We may request identity, business, ownership, tax or compliance information before enabling features or processing payments.
3. Advertiser obligations
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and substantiation of campaign claims; their products and services; creatives, trademarks and other content; landing pages and destination URLs; targeting selections; and compliance with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, sanctions, export-control and industry-specific rules. You must have all rights and permissions needed for submitted content. You must not advertise unlawful products or services, deceptive offers, malware, counterfeit goods, prohibited financial products or any category restricted by LoreAds or applicable law. We may review, reject, pause, restrict or remove a campaign at any time for policy, legal, quality, safety, fraud or operational reasons. Campaign approval is not an endorsement and does not guarantee reach, impressions, clicks, conversions or sales.
4. Publisher obligations
Publishers must own or be authorised to operate each registered chatbot, website, application and ad placement. Publishers are responsible for their user-facing experience, privacy notices, consent or other lawful basis, age-appropriate design, and compliance with laws applicable to their service. Publishers must disclose sponsored recommendations clearly and conspicuously before or when users encounter them. Use a plain-language label such as Sponsored or Advertisement; do not disguise paid content as an independent answer, recommendation or editorial statement. Publishers must send only the minimum non-sensitive topic/question signal needed for contextual matching and must not send full transcripts, personal identifiers, precise location, children's data or sensitive personal information. Publishers must not alter, hide or remove required disclosures or misrepresent the relationship between LoreAds, the advertiser and publisher.
5. API, SDK and technical use
API keys are confidential credentials. Do not expose secret API keys in browser code, public repositories, client-side applications or user-visible chatbot messages. Store keys server-side, restrict access, rotate compromised keys and use the API only for registered publisher properties. Do not bypass rate limits, spoof requests, reverse engineer or interfere with the API, scrape the Services, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access. We may impose, change or enforce technical limits, including the current shared publisher limits of 120 API requests per minute, 30 eligible impressions per minute and 1,000 eligible impressions per UTC day across a publisher's registered chatbots. Limits may change as the beta evolves.
6. Sponsored content, delivery and reporting
LoreAds provides contextual ad selection and delivery based on campaign eligibility, topic relevance, publisher configuration, budgets, campaign dates, inventory, policy review and technical availability. No fill rate, uptime, audience size, click-through rate, conversion rate or publisher revenue is guaranteed. Reporting and financial calculations are based on LoreAds records and may be adjusted for duplicate events, invalid traffic, fraud, technical faults, refunds, chargebacks or accounting corrections. Advertisers and publishers must not manipulate impressions, clicks, attribution, traffic or reporting.
7. Campaign budgets, fees and currency
Campaign budgets, rates, daily limits, dates, platform fees and publisher revenue shares are displayed in the relevant dashboard or commercial order. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed order, the current application displays campaign budgets and balances in US dollars (USD). A campaign budget is not a payment receipt or proof of funds. Self-serve deposits and live payment processing are currently disabled. No funds are credited merely because a user enters a budget or submits a campaign. Paid campaign activation requires a supported, verified payment workflow and any required review. Taxes, duties, withholding, currency conversion and bank charges are the responsibility allocated in the applicable order or required by law.
8. Publisher earnings and payouts
Publisher revenue share, eligible earning events, invalid-traffic deductions, minimum payout amount, payout currency, payment method and payout schedule are those shown in the dashboard or a written publisher agreement. The current default product configuration may display a 75% publisher share, but the applicable rate is the rate shown for the publisher account or agreed in writing and may differ by agreement. Earnings are estimates until validated and posted to the ledger. Payout requests are subject to identity, bank-account, tax, sanctions, fraud and compliance checks and may be delayed, held, adjusted or rejected where permitted by law. The current process is manual; a dashboard status is not proof of bank settlement unless the transfer has actually completed. Do not submit bank details unless the account is authorised to receive payouts.
9. Refunds, disputes and invalid activity
Refunds, campaign cancellations, unused balances, chargebacks, payment disputes and adjustments will be handled under the applicable payment provider rules, campaign order and mandatory law. Because live self-serve deposits are not enabled, no refund entitlement should be inferred from a dashboard balance or unapproved campaign. We may withhold or reverse amounts attributable to invalid traffic, duplicate events, fraud, policy violations, mistaken credits or technical errors, and may request supporting evidence. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Prohibited use
You must not use the Services to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware or harmful code; promote fraud, scams, deceptive claims or unlawful products; exploit or harm children; transmit sensitive personal data through ad requests; manipulate traffic or financial metrics; infringe intellectual property; harass or discriminate; interfere with platform security; circumvent geographic, age, sanctions or campaign restrictions; or use the Services in a way that could damage users, publishers, advertisers or LoreAds.
11. Intellectual property and content licence
LoreAds and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, APIs, SDKs, designs, trademarks and documentation. You retain ownership of content and materials you submit. You grant LoreAds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, review, format, display, transmit and distribute submitted campaign creatives, brand assets, chatbot integration details and related materials solely as necessary to operate, secure, support and improve the Services and fulfil the relevant campaign or publisher relationship. You represent that you have the rights required to grant this licence. You may provide feedback, which LoreAds may use without restriction or payment, provided it does not disclose your confidential information.
12. Confidentiality and security
Each party must use reasonable care to protect the other party's non-public information and use it only for the Services or the purpose for which it was disclosed. This does not apply to information that is public without breach, already lawfully known, independently developed or lawfully received from another source. You must promptly notify LoreAds if you discover compromised credentials, unauthorised access or a security incident affecting the Services.
13. Third-party services
The Services may rely on third-party hosting, authentication, infrastructure, payment, banking, analytics or other providers and may link to third-party websites. Third-party products are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. LoreAds is not responsible for third-party services it does not control, but this does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Beta programme and changes
During the current evaluation beta, approval confirms creative review only. Dashboard integration tests do not create billable impressions or payable earnings. Beta features are provided for evaluation and may be incomplete, changed, suspended or withdrawn. Beta access does not promise production availability, service levels, inventory, earnings or commercial outcomes. You must not submit sensitive personal data or use beta features for safety-critical purposes. We may change features, pricing, limits, eligibility and documentation prospectively. Material commercial changes will be communicated through the dashboard, email or an updated order where appropriate.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend, restrict or terminate access if you breach these Terms or a policy, fail verification, create security or legal risk, generate invalid traffic, fail to pay amounts due under an order, or where required for operational or legal reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. On termination, API keys may be disabled and campaigns stopped. Accrued payment obligations, valid payout balances, dispute rights, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability and other provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an as-available and as-is basis during beta. LoreAds does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation, compatibility with every chatbot platform, or any particular advertising or revenue result. LoreAds does not endorse advertiser products and is not responsible for publisher-generated chatbot answers or third-party products. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity arising from the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoreAds' aggregate liability for claims arising from the Services will be limited to the fees paid or payable by you to LoreAds for the Services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable statutory obligations. This clause requires review and confirmation by counsel for the final governing law.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify LoreAds and its personnel against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your submitted content, products, campaigns, chatbot or website, breach of these Terms, violation of law or infringement of third-party rights. LoreAds will give reasonable notice of a claim and allow you to control the defence, provided no settlement may impose liability or admission on LoreAds without its consent. This clause is subject to applicable law and legal review.
19. Governing law and disputes
The contracting LoreAds entity, governing law, courts or arbitration forum, service-of-process address and dispute escalation process have not yet been confirmed because LoreAds has not finalised its business registration and launch jurisdiction. These details must be completed in a signed commercial agreement or an updated version of these Terms before paid commercial services begin. Mandatory consumer protections and non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
20. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and updating the revision date. Where required, we will provide advance notice or obtain renewed agreement. Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@loreads.com with the subject Terms of Service. For general enquiries, contact hello@loreads.com; for account and technical assistance, contact support@loreads.com. The full legal name and address of the contracting operator must be disclosed before paid commercial onboarding.
